Want a pie crust that is perfect every time? This is a no fail recipe I have used since I was a little girl learning to bake pies with my mom.
Jill's Perfect Pie Crust Recipe:

1 1/2 cups all-pupose flour (keep it in the refrigerator before use)
2 teaspoons sugar (add 1 more if making a sweet pie)
1 teaspoon salt (optional)
1/2 cup (1 stick) of cold butter
2 Tablespoons of cold milk

Follow the directions for your pie to determine the amount of time the crust needs to bake. If just baking the pie crust, put in a 350 degree (180 cel), for about 20 minutes until golden brown.
