20 kW / 40 kW Fixed Rate and EVI Commercial Air Source Heat Pump Heating/Cooling Pool System

An air source heat pump is a device that extracts heat from the air and transfers it to the water. It works like an air conditioner, but in reverse: it transfers heat from the outside air to the water to heat it in the winter, and works the other way around to cool the water in the summer. Compared to traditional heating methods (such as gas boilers, electric heaters, etc.), air source heat pumps have higher energy efficiency and can significantly reduce operating costs.

EVI Technology Overview
EVI (Enhanced Vapor Injection) technology is a way to improve the performance of heat pumps in low temperature environments by optimizing the refrigeration cycle. The EVI heat pump system injects high-pressure steam to make the temperature and pressure of the refrigerant more stable, so that it can still maintain good performance output under low temperature and high load conditions. EVI technology is particularly suitable for cold climates and can operate efficiently in ambient temperatures below 0°C.

For commercial swimming pools, it is crucial to be able to heat and cool them stably and efficiently. Fixed rate and EVI heat pump systems with 20 kW or 40 kW power output can provide precise temperature control services according to the size and usage requirements of the pool.

1. Fixed rate design
A fixed rate heat pump system means that the system maintains a constant output power during operation. This design simplifies system operation, is easy to maintain, and can effectively reduce the possibility of system failure. For some small and medium-sized commercial swimming pools, a fixed rate system is usually sufficient to meet temperature control needs, especially in environments with small temperature fluctuations.

2. High efficiency and energy saving effect
Compared with traditional electric heating or gas boilers, air source heat pumps have a higher energy efficiency ratio (COP). The 20 kW / 40 kW EVI commercial heat pump system has a significant advantage in energy conversion efficiency, and the COP value can usually reach 4.0 and above. This means that for every 1 kW of electrical energy consumed, the system can output 4 kW of heat energy, thereby significantly saving operating costs.

EVI technology can still provide stable heating and cooling capabilities in low temperature environments by enhancing the vapor injection of refrigerant. Even in the cold winter, the system can continue to operate efficiently to ensure that the swimming pool water temperature remains within a comfortable range. Especially in the cold northern regions, the EVI heat pump system performs particularly well.

4. Environmentally friendly
Air source heat pump is a clean energy technology that produces almost no harmful greenhouse gas emissions, so it has minimal impact on the environment. Using this heat pump system can not only effectively reduce energy consumption, but also reduce carbon footprint, meeting the increasingly stringent environmental standards around the world.
