How Youhero Sea Buckthorn Juice Is Made: From Flash-Frozen Berries to Nitrogen-Flushed Bottles

Vitamin C is fragile. It breaks down with heat, light and oxygen, which is why a bottle of sea buckthorn juice can lose much of its value long before it reaches the shelf. Youhero sea buckthorn juice is built around solving that problem. The process starts with wild berries from Hohhot, Inner Mongolia, which are flash-frozen at -18°C right after harvest to preserve their phytonutrients. Before pressing, the fruit travels through an 18-meter, three-stage cleaning line that removes impurities. Pressing and bottling then happen on the same site, which shortens the gap between fruit and bottle, and nitrogen flushing minimizes oxygen exposure to help prevent vitamin C oxidation and discoloration. Youhero says the result keeps 86% of the fruit's natural nutrients, with more than 180 mg of vitamin C in every 210 ml bottle. In this guide, we walk through each step, explain why it matters for flavor and shelf life, and show what it means for buyers who need consistent quality across a 12-month shelf life and long-distance shipping.
