A Mandalorian actor will play Joel Miller and Game of Thrones actor Bella Ramsey is set to play Ellie Williams, two roles that carry a great deal of baggage due to their emotional arcs as well as how important they are as characters to their fans.

The show is expected to follow the story of the games quite closely, but will still have new additions which reportedly contain flashbacks and characters that were mentioned but not seen as part of the gameplay. The show isn't set with a set release date but is anticipated to debut sometime in 2023.

It is thought that the show may be filming, but is likely to be wrapping up photography currently at this moment.Twisted Metal is also getting a small-screen debut the video game series that hasn't been in production since 2012. Peacock will air a re-imagining of the game as a half-hour comedy starring such actors as Anthony Mackie, Thomas Haden Church, Neve Campbell, and many others, so the show will be a highly-rated affair.

On paper, the show sounds pretty interesting, but it will likely be an enormous task to realize given the stylized nature and size of the Twisted Metal games. Shooting is currently either underway or near to being in production.

It has also not been given a definitive release date, but is scheduled to debut on Peacock sometime in 2023.Following the huge commercial success that was Ghost of Tsushima in 2020, Sony quickly moved to greenlight a film adaptation of the game, which is already cinematic in its own right.

The film will be directed by director Chad Stahelski, the director of the John Wick series, so it's highly likely that the film will feature some spectacular action sequences. The film is currently scripted by Takashi Doscher, who is responsible for some indie films, but there's no way to know how closely it will follow the game. In the last week, Sony confirmed that God of War will be adapted to Amazon's streaming service.

However, it appears most likely to be in the initial stages. No writer, has been assigned to the project, however Dave Bautista suggested that he's open to playing Kratos, if only to prove some critics wrong. Another show that was confirmed in the last week is an adaption of The Horizon series.
