The RLCS has modified its format a little this season. There are going to be two stages to the championship with one taking place previous to the occasions taking region among 12 August, 2022, and 14 August, 2022.
A World Championship Wild Card occasion will precede the World Championship Main occasion. The World Championship Wild Card event will encompass sixteen teams who haven’t already qualified for the principle occasion and will face off in a Swiss layout. The World Champions Main event will now involve the eight teams that certified from the Wildcard Event and those that had qualified without delay for the main event.
